Delivery & Returns
Delivery is free on all orders over £35! Delivery charge is a flat rate of £3.99 for all orders under £35.
We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email stating delivery period and tracking number where appropriate. All orders over £20 will be posted using a recorded delivery service (signature required) and detailed in the email you receive.
At extremely busy periods or during times of disruption, some parcels may be subject to delays. Please contact us if you’ve not received your item after 21 working days and we will be happy to assist you.
We do our best to be an ethical, sustainable business, therefore you will most likely receive your order in recycled packaging, please feel free to save and use again where possible.
Cancelling an order before despatch
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch it by emailing us at [email protected]. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number.
Returning an item
If you wish to return goods, you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. To enable us to process your return more efficiently, we ask you to email us at [email protected] for an RMA number and include this with your item(s). Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging.
The Returns section within our Terms Of Sale clearly states that Bundled Enterprises Limited need to be informed by you, the Customer, within 14 days of receipt of goods. You must inform us of any issues, this includes but is not exclusive to, damaged goods and dissatisfaction of goods.
Failure to inform us of any issues within the 14 day period as clearly stated means we reserve the right to refuse receipt of any goods after this period.
Once you have your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number from us, please send all returns to the following address:

Our Refunds Policy
When we receive a product returned to us for refund and are satisfied with its condition and the reason for return, we will process a refund for the amount that was paid for the item, less any postage fees for delivery to you (unless the product is faulty), to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. If you have not received your refund within 7 working days of us receiving your product please contact us via email at [email protected]
If you received free delivery of your item(s) and then choose to return, we will deduct the initial cost of sending the item to you from your refund.
Our Exchange Policy
We will happily exchange your item as long as it is returned in pristine condition and satisfies the criteria for returning an item as outlined above.
In the returns note accompanying your return, we would ask you to include details of which item you would like to exchange it for and also your contact details so we can contact you if necessary.
If there is any extra charge to pay, we will contact you so that payment can be made.
If there is a partial refund due then this will be credited back into the payment method used for the original transaction.
If you return an exchanged item for a further exchange, or refund, then we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £10.00 as well as an additional postage fee.
In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault within 30 days from receipt then you can return it to us and, if we find it to be faulty, we shall exchange it for you. If, however, the fault is due to excessive wear or accidental damage you will not be eligible for an exchange. If it is found to be faulty, we shall also refund your postal expenses. Please note we cannot make any promises to exchange an item, or issue a postage refund, until we have seen and assessed the item.
These policies do not affect your statutory rights.
